hoi an emotions is an amazing hotel, situated along the river and just a few minutes bike ride from the old town. the rooms are really tastefully decorated and the highlight of it all is the staff. awesome, kind and attentive. sounds cliche, but felt like family.

I absolutely love my stay here. I intended on staying two nights but ended up staying five. The rooms were immaculately clean and very well designed. Great aesthetic. The swimming pool was absolutely beautiful with lots of lounges and umbrellas. The staff were just wonderful, especially the breakfast staff and chef. I am incredibly gluten intolerant so was unable to eat a lot the buffet food. Instead they happily cooked me a separate delicious breakfast every morning. It was very thoughtful and delicious. It was a great location, not far from old town and very close to the river. The room with the bathtub was so so good! Highly recommend.

Loved the motel, it was in a great location, not too close to the hustle and bustle of town and easy walking or borrow the free bikes from the hotel. The staff were exceptional, David "not his real name" who worked both the bar and the kitchen was awesome, looked after my family for drinks at the swim up bar. Breakfast was great, don't expect Michelin star , but it has everything you need to start the day. Omelet bar fresh fruit and coffee etc, all fresh and lovely. The pool was awesome and you can't really hear any traffic from the front, we will definitely be booking again.

A really well priced, well laid out hotel within walking distance to town along the riverside path.Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels, and water. The pool was a very welcome reprieve from the humidity and heat. Free bicycles were great, we biked all over HoiAn and out to the beach, took alleys, paths and side roads off the beaten track. Great way to see the city and places you wouldn't normally go. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay here. Staff are super super helpful and friendly

The room was HUGE and beautiful, the bed was comfortable, the pool was amazing and perfect for swimming. The koi ponds were beautiful and carefully maintained. The breakfast was just ok, but it was included so no complaints at all. Rooms were cleaned daily. Wifi worked well.

Very comfortable beds! We actually extended our stay here because the hotel was comfortable and nice. The hotel grounds look wonderful and well kept, the pool was nice and the location close to Hoi An, but far enough to be quiet. There are free bikes to rent to get around Hoi An area.

The room and bed were huge, the biggest I"ve ever stayed in. Very clean. Lots of plants around, and a swimming pool. A pleasant walk along the river into town. The staff were fantastic - so smiley and helpful. Especially the guy who held the umbrella over us while getting to the taxi in a downpour...

Most facilities are really nice, the spaces are quite clean and they were able to do our laundry overnight which was super helpful! The room was very big and had a nice view over the courtyard where the pool and main buildings are. Quiet and well situated just outside of the more chaotic streets of Hoi An.

Lovely, helpful staff. Well looked after grounds, staff continually around gardening, sweeping, cleaning the pool etc. Loved the free bicycles, we used them multiple times. Such a fun way to see the outskirts of Hoi An and the beaches. It was low season whilst we were there so there was an al a carte breakfast that you selected the night before, good variation and quality of food. Spacious room. Easy 15min walk into the old quarter on flat ground.

The rooms are large. The bathroom is large with an open style shower as well as a bath. The pool is picturesque with manicured surrounding gardens and garden furniture. David at the swim up bar is entertaining and cannot do enough for you. He speaks good English which was very helpful to us. The buffet breakfast is served with warm smile and welcome each day by those staff who also make you feel like a welcome guest. The air conditioner was cold and well maintained.
